Week 21
Shingles, sheet rock, front porch detailing
The old blue shingles are gone! They were in bad shape in some areas and the new shingles looked so good. They will be sealed to help maintain the natural color.
The walls surrounding the laundry room and water heater closet have been covered with QuietRock, a sheet-rock designed to substantially reduce noise transmitted through the wall.
Week 19/20
The exterior shingles are going on.
The drywell for the roof drainage system.
The folding door system coming from the new Family Room.
