Stair Installation

The installation of the steel tube stringers is underway. These are custom designed by Blome Architecture and built by Tony and his crew at A & D Welding.

I would normally wait until the job is completed, but the change here is so dramatic, I couldn't resist posting these 2 images:

Stair, cabinets, and flooring

The new stair for the project is being fabricated at A & D Welding in San Carlos. Here's the stair with a couple of the solid white oak treads to confirm relationships and the guardrail installation.

And over at the house, more of the cabinets are installed.

And more of the stone is creeping up the wall.
